Refund requests are accepted only within 48 hours from order submission.  

❌ Any request after 48 hours will NOT be processed.

but the FRP (Factory Reset Protection) is still not removed from your device, you are eligible to submit a refund request with complete proof.

Video Requirements (Must Follow Exactly):

Open Google on your device.
Search for “MY TIME NOW” and press Enter.
Clearly record the current date and time on the screen.
Show the IMEI number clearly in the same video.

⚠️ Make sure the video is clear, continuous (no cuts), and all required details are fully visible. Incomplete or unclear proof may lead to rejection of your refund request.
