Dear Resellers & Customers,
Please read carefully before placing any Samsung FRP order:
• If the service is not completed, you must submit a refund request immediately and wait for status verification (Done / Not Done).
• Reasons like:
– Client took the phone
– Client is in a hurry
– Client has a flight ✈️
❌ These will be treated as your responsibility, and refund will be rejected.
• Our Samsung FRP services are real-time / server-based, so once the process is started, it cannot be reversed.
⚠️ Important:
Refund requests are accepted only within 48 hours from order submission.
❌ Any request after 48 hours will NOT be processed.
• Orders marked as Completed (DONE) are non-refundable under any condition.
